DandylightDandylight

Built for photographers who just want to focus on their work.

Dandylight started as a frustration with complicated tools that weren't made for how photographers actually work.

Why we built this.

Photographers are talented creatives running small businesses — but most business tools are built for either large enterprises or generic freelancers. The result is photographers stitching together 5 or 6 disconnected apps: Google Drive for galleries, texting for booking, PDFs emailed for contracts, and spreadsheets for income tracking.

The “aha moment” behind Dandylight was simple: what if a photographer could open one app and see everything — their upcoming sessions, the contract still waiting to be signed, the gallery they need to send, and exactly how much they've earned this month?

That's the problem Dandylight solves. Not by adding more features than any photographer could use, but by building exactly the right ones, in a workflow that feels calm rather than chaotic.

Dandylight is built specifically for solo and part-time photographers who want their business to feel as professional as their photography — without spending more time on admin than on shooting.

What we believe.

Calm over complexity.

Every decision we make starts with the question: does this reduce stress or add to it? Software should clear your head, not fill it.

Photographers first.

Every feature is designed around how photographers actually work — not how a generic CRM assumes businesses operate.

Professional without pretension.

Your business should look polished without requiring a design degree. Dandylight handles the presentation so you can focus on the work.
